It’s the PortaPros staff that ensures we deliver clean equipment and reliable, local service. And when we say local, that means we’re entirely owned and operated in the Treasure Valley region. We don’t just service your area, we live here. We know the towns and roads. We serviced your sites before they were homes and buildings. We’ve been to your venues, run your races and know just how perfect a wedding can be with our region as a backdrop. Most of all, it means we’ll probably get to know each other. Here’s a little bit about us to break the ice:
Carl Arriola Founder / President
Carl was born and raised in Boise and is a former U.S. Army Officer. Carl founded PortaPros and led the acquisition of ABC Sanitation in 2012 and Anytime Portables in 2019. He earned his MBA and BA from Boise State University and has held senior management positions in the construction, rental, software and health industries.
Favorite Treasure Valley Sports Team: Boise High girl’s softball and, basketball because my daughter Brooklyn plays for the Brave.
Favorite Outdoor Activity: “Over the years my favorites have been bicycling and running. Today it’s paddle boarding and snow skiing because they are activities I enjoy with my kids.”
Favorite part of living in the Treasure Valley: “Being part of a community that I’ve been involved with for many years!”
Best part of working at PortaPros: “I love our team members and our customers that I get to work with every day, and I enjoy the variety of working indoors and outdoors.”
My Strengths:
Jason Christie Vice President and Nampa GM
Jason was born and raised in Boise. He joined the PortaPros team in 2014 and has previous experience in the event rental business, as well as, retail remodeling.
Favorite Treasure Valley sports team: Boise State Football & Boise State Men’s Basketball
Favorite Outdoor Activity: “Fly Fishing.”
Favorite part of living in the Treasure Valley: “The community, culture and food. I also enjoy how many amazing outdoor activities we have access to.”

Keith Spencer Company Administrative Manager
Keith was born and raised in Caldwell and has lived in various places throughout the Pacific Northwest. He joined PortaPros in 2018. Keith earned a BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
Favorite Treasure Valley sports team: College of Idaho Coyotes - Go Yotes!!
Favorite Outdoor Activity: “Fishing the beautiful alpine lakes of Idaho.”
Favorite part of living in the Treasure Valley: “Not having to drive the Seattle traffic. Taking a scenic drive on the weekend.”
Best part of working at PortaPros: “The team is the best I have ever worked with. The customers are always so happy to see us show up. I have never had a job where random people walk up to me and thank me for doing my job.”

Barbara Berlat Accounting Manager
Barbara was born in Minneapolis and grew up in Miami and San Diego. In 2010, after selling Advanced Bio-Technologies, Inc. in Silverdale, WA, Barbara and her husband moved to the Treasure Valley. Barbara joined PortaPros in 2012 when the company was formed. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Cal State Northridge.
Favorite Outdoor Activity: “Hiking”

Tyler Patterson Nampa Dispatch Coordinator
Tyler was born in Seattle and was raised in Idaho. Prior to joining PortaPros in 2018, Tyler worked for the Idaho Department of Corrections.
Favorite Treasure Valley sports team: Boise State Broncos
Favorite Outdoor Activity: “Hunting, fishing, or anything outdoors.”
Favorite part of living in the Treasure Valley: “Being able to get to the lake or mountains quickly, maybe just taking a day trip to enjoy the peace of the outdoors.”
Best part of working at PortaPros: “Working with a great team, being able to help lead the drivers and the PortaPros team in helping keep our customers happy.”

Mike White Ontario Operations Manager
Mike was born in San Bernardino and raised in Rialto, California. Mike worked for Anytime Portables for thirteen years prior to PortaPros acquisition of Anytime in 2019.

Kendra Davidson Ontario Sales and Administrative Manager
Kendra was born and raised in Ontario, Oregon. Kendra worked for Anytime Portables for a year prior to PortaPros acquisition of Anytime in 2019.
Favorite Treasure Valley sports team: The Treasure Valley Community College volleyball team. I am an Assistant Coach there. Go Chuks!!
Favorite Outdoor Activity: “Hunting, fishing, camping and playing sports with my kids!”
Favorite part of living in the Treasure Valley: “I love the small-town quiet life. Everyone is so friendly! I enjoy being around family and friends and within a quick drive to outdoor activities.”

James Sokoloski Territory Manager
James was raised in Idaho and previously worked in the rental industry and in food services. He has also coordinated special events and weddings.
Favorite Treasure Valley sports team: Anything Boise State!
Favorite Outdoor Activity: “Fishing, hiking, camping and playing sports.”
Favorite part of living in the Treasure Valley: “Living near my family and being able to enjoy the incredible community and amazing activities with all of them.”
Best part of working at PortaPros: “I work with the best crew that supports each other in every way possible. The culture allows me to form relationships with my team that extend beyond the workplace. We have a great time together.”

Kimberli Harris Outside Sales
Kimberli was Born in Nampa and raised in Ontario, Oregon. She joined Anytime Septic and Portables in 2018. In 2019, after PortaPros and Anytime merged, she began working Inside Sales in our Nampa Office. She now works in Outside Sales.
Favorite Treasure Valley sports team: BSU Football and CWI Softball
Favorite Outdoor Activity: “Fishing or hiking in the mountains.”
Favorite part of living in the Treasure Valley: “I love the community and the environment. You never know what kinds of people you’ll bump into and you’re always able to make new friends. Living in the Treasure Valley, you’re close enough to the lakes and mountains that you’re able to make a weekend camping or fishing trip, but also close enough that you’re able to hurry back if needed.”
Best part of working at PortaPros: “The strong supportive culture of the crew as well as the customers I get to help out day-to-day make it a great place to work.”

Brian Williams Fleet Service Technician
Brian was born and raised in Nampa and has made his home in the surrounding Treasure Valley area. Brian joined the PortaPros team in 2010 and has been helping us grow ever since.

Favorite Outdoor Activity: “Stock car racing and Go-Kart racing.”
Favorite part of living in the Treasure Valley: “Being surrounded by mountains and all the different racetracks in the valley.”

Oralia “Lali” Rios Nampa Dispatch Coordinator
Oralia was born and raised in Nampa. She joined the PortaPros team only a few months ago, but it feels like home. She says the welcoming from the team was instant.
Favorite Treasure Valley sports team: Boise State, but more of a 49er Faithful
Favorite Outdoor Activity: “Hiking the Boise foothills, BBQs with family and friends, also working out with a great group of beautiful women on the same journey as me”
Favorite part of living in the Treasure Valley: “Born and raised in a community that has grown in such a way that friends are more like family, and respect is shown with a simple Hello!”
Best part of working at PortaPros: “Working with individuals that do not see themselves as individuals but a team that will not leave anyone out. My job may be a small part in the company but hearing the satisfaction and content in a customer’s voice is a daily reward.”

Ricky Parks Nampa Operations Manager
Ricky was born and raised in La Cresenta, California and he’s lived in the Treasure Valley for fifteen years. He joined PortaPros in 2015 and prior to that, he was in the event rental industry.
Favorite sports team: Pittsburgh Penguins

Sherri Anderson Inside Sales & Office Administration
Sherri moved to Nampa in 2020 to be closer to her family. Sherri comes with five years of previous experience in Accounts Receivable and Office Administration with a Portable Sanitation company in the Sacramento area.
Favorite Outdoor Activity: “Gardening is my passion. I do love to spend time walking my dog and enjoying the great outdoors.”
Favorite part of living in the Treasure Valley: “The people here are so friendly. I feel safe here.”
Best part of working at PortaPros: “I felt like I “fit in” instantly. My co-workers are very helpful and super friendly.”

Craig Clark Ontario Dispatch Coordinator
Craig was born in Bend and moved to Idaho in 1974. Craig began working in the portable sanitation industry in 2009 and prior to that drove a long-haul truck and worked as an equipment operator.
Favorite Local Team: “Boise State Broncos”
Favorite Outdoor Activity: “Camping, hiking and overlanding with my family.”
